As a admin, i would like to add the given edge node (x86/ARMxx) to the existing EG controller. As part of it, its expected to

1. Set the controller details before starting edge node deployment
2. configure the dockers and harbors with required settings
3. Add edge node to controller MECM and verify it
4. update the read me with guideline
