In this issue, https://gitee.com/mindspore/mindspore/issues/I3U5FB?from=project-issue. The ms-dx-bot add a comp/compiler label automatically, as there's no other information shows that it's a compiler error.

Besides, this is obviously on device ascend910 and it's compiler would be tbe. But it seems that ms-dx-bot consider this issue has sig/compiler label, and assign this issue to me(akg) directly? Can ms-dx-bot add some strategy to process this more precisely?
