This issue is tracing the requests for DB SIG.

The major requests are DB ecosystem tools proposal.

The first proposal is introducing the replication tools for PostgreSQL. And the full map of the plan is not very clear now, so we will add more when we have more clear ideas to introduce more into DB SIG for openEuler.

So right now, we figure out what we want to introduce for bucardo, which is the most popular for PG repication tools. The software/package list we introduce is as show below:

Notes: This will bring more perl module dependencies for openEuler community.
And besides the existing perl modules in openEuler software packages/repository, there is another perl Module, which named perl(DBIx:Safe), that perl Module is from the same community from bucardo. So the responsibity of perl(DBIx:Safe) maintainence should be taken by DB SIG. But the dependency of perl(DBIx:Safe) Module should be taken by openEuler "sig-perl-modules" as all the dependency are the perl generic/basic modules.

So the first proposal for this plan, we will introduce:
bucardo, perl(DBIx:Safe) into DB SIG
The all dependencies of perl(DBIx:Safe) will be introduced into sig-perl-modules SIG.
