What happened: The message id of emails about same issue or pr is different, which results that email client can not merge emails to one thread and there are too many redundancy email threads to read if you follow community repository.

What you expected to happen: Same message id for emails about same issue or pr, so that there is only one thread in email client for emails about one issue or pr.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

View the raw source of emails from same issue or pr. Check the Message-ID item.

For example, I got two emails from https://gitee.com/openeuler/community/pulls/1398 , the Message-ID is different as follow.

Message-ID: 1609292771995_42129_536_2656.sc-10_9_51_122-inbound0@mailer.oschina.net
Message-ID: 1609292770181_42129_4556_4233.sc-10_9_55_12-inbound0@mailer.oschina.net
