What happened:
There are many mail lists https://openeuler.org/en/community/mails.html, and they are still growing, as some SIGs use deve@openeuler.org and some are going to create new mail list.

When any one wants to send email to all, he needs to send to every one. The scenario could be when TC wants to discuss some solution to all the potentially impacted teams, or when one project team wants to check which may be impacted or related.

What you expected to happen:
If there was a mail list like all@openeuler.org, and it automatically includes all the existed mail lists, that could be very convenient.
