  What happened:
  The group members lose the privillege as the configuration update by PR https://gitee.com/openeuler/infrastructure/pulls/24

What you expected to happen:
the group members also has the original privillege after adding project members

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

• Add the managers or developers node under repository node in src-openeuler.yaml as well as openeuler.yaml
• check the group member's privillege on the updated repository.
