What happened:

I found "* Tue Sep 10 2019 openEuler Buildteam buildteam@openeuler.org - 2.2.53-3" in the repo acl/acl.spec . While there is not such email address in the mail list.

What you expected to happen:

Either change the email list, or add a new mail list.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Described as above.
