Every time a release is release, the website needs to be updated manually. The following are updated:

• download page https://openeuler.org/zh/download.html
• release page https://openeuler.org/zh/releases.html
• document page https://openeuler.org/zh/docs/Releasenotes/release_notes.html
• repos

What you expected to happen:
What if there is a guidance for the release team?

I hope this will not be a must for website team and infrastructure team to work for each release.
