What happened:
when signing CLA with gitee account doesn't config major email, the page will load email address with blank value and the value is not allowed to update. that will cause the signing in failure.

What you expected to happen:
the email address can be update when the gitee major email is blank.
the email address will fill with gitee major address as default value.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

1. remove the major address in gitee.
2. try to sign CLA
