When the execution time exceeds in dumpcatch for capturing the stack, the process processdump cannot transfer data for writing to faultloggerd.

[Solution]
If dumpcatcher performs a dumpstat event recording, it should initiate a delay to wait for the completion of data writing by the processdump process in faultloggerd before sending the report to hisysevent.
