Describe the current behavior
Currently openLooKeng server log in require a user name without right password, so ODBC driver does not send the password to openLooKeng server in log in proc. But some openLooKeng ISP now require a right password for input user name, in this case ODBC driver log in fails.

Describe the expected behavior
ODBC driver log in success both for original openLooKeng and ISP openLooKeng server.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Now the ISP openLooKeng is found as Huawei Cloud Fusion Insight server

1. get a user and its password from Fusion Insight manager
2. In ODBC data source config UI, try to log in Fusion Insight with user and password in corresponding input box
