Describe the current behavior

Complex DataTypes in openLooKeng such as Array, Map, Row, JSON doesn't exist in ODBC DataTypes and openLooKeng ODBC driver doesn't support them.

Describe the expected behavior

Mapping these complex DataTypes to SQLVARCHAR in gateway, make sure user can fetch the complex DataType record in formatted string so they can parse it by themselves.
