To connect to the database:
* for `oracle`, launch `dbcli.bat` or `dbcli.sh`
* for `pgsql` series including `openGauss`, launch `pgsql_dbcli.bat` or `pgsql_dbcli.sh`
* for `mysql` series including `TiDB`, launch `mysql_dbcli.bat` or `mysql_dbcli.sh`
* in `Windows`, start `console.bat` then goto `File`->`New tab` and choose which type of db to connect, default is `oracle`
