This is a test release for the new CI pipelines and Docker images.

Fix bug in trashing tables and link row fields

Version 1.8.1 contains a fix for a migration that failed on postgres 10, please re-upgrade if you encountered a migration failure. * Fixed migration failing when upgrading a version of Baserow installed using Postgres 10 or lower.

Version 1.12.1 adds public sharing to Kanban views, link and button formula functions, better import previews, env vars for controlling web-hook security and a few more bug fixes.

Version 1.13 adds Role based access control, single sign on and bug fixes.

Version 1.13.1 adds direct support, hiding form fields via query parameters, bug fixes and many smaller changes.
